We collect information you provide when ordering services — name, email, phone number, and billing address — and payment confirmation details from M-Pesa and card payments (transaction ID, phone number or masked card details, and amount). We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or full card number.

We use your information to provision and support your hosting and domain services, process payments, send service-related communications (invoices, renewal reminders, support updates), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary to deliver our services — for example, with Safaricom for M-Pesa payment processing, PesaPal for card payments, domain registries such as KENIC for domain registrations, or where required by Kenyan law.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Data tied to terminated accounts is permanently deleted after 30 days, except where we're required to retain it longer by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive stored credentials, restricted internal access, and secure payment processing through licensed providers.
